My Hot Toys DX02 Batman has finally arrived!!!

My very brief first impression:
- PERS is extremely easy and smooth to move, less force needed, less likely to break
- Rubber suit definitely stays clean a lot easier, after all the handeling still nothing stuck to it, my V1 totally different story
- Rubber suits fits better than V1 and has even better definition of the individual plates thorugh added thickness
- backpack will NOT fit V1 without modification as the the clips on in the backpack match only the newer, slightly smaller shoulderblades
- graphite pattern is much nicer throughout the suit
- ears are longer than V1
- rubber in abs area has been somehow stiffened (thicker?) reducing the embarrassing gutt that showed up in certain posistions on V1
- cape is better and longer but nothing beats the custom one :P
- that sticky bomb gun is sooo nice!

Update:
Some residue was visible on my second Batman under the belt and after cleaning both it reappeared this morning. After closer inspection I strongly believe it is coming from the thicker rubber suit and under pressure (the secondary belt is what I am using and seems to be tighter) of the belt the oils of it gets squeezed out.
