TODAY I have finally reached a skill and quality level where I do not need to eat out steaks anymore no matter which restaurant :D This piece is a beauty and I grilled to perfection tonight. Dry aged is the real deal! Nothing else will come close in flavor and texture!! And I found it wholesale LOL
